What we publish, and what we do not
There are no star ratings and no customer reviews on this site. Not on the product pages, not in the structured data a search engine reads, and not in the machine-readable catalogue. If you see a rating for this shop somewhere, it did not come from us.
That is a deliberate position rather than an oversight. A rating is only worth anything if you can go and check it, which means it belongs on a platform we do not control. Until we have that, we would rather publish nothing than publish a number you cannot verify.
Leaving feedback after an order
We do want to hear how it went. If something was not right, tell us first and we will fix it: email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number.
The second link exists on purpose. A shop that only makes it easy to leave a good review is not collecting feedback, it is collecting marketing.
