Mattress Protector Company Australia is run by a small team rather than a call centre. The email address on this site reaches the people who pick and pack the orders, seven days a week, and you will usually have an answer within one business day.

We do not publish individual names, photographs or job titles, because the person who answers is whoever is at a desk. If you are chasing an order, include your order number and the email address you used at the checkout and whoever picks it up can find it straight away.

The australian administration office is Suite 307, Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153, Australia. It is an office, not a shop, so there is nothing to visit and nothing to collect from.
